SPEC provided pixel and bistrot site furnishings from mmcité that elevate South San Francisco's premier amenity outdoor space at Vantage’s biotech campus. The multi-use courtyard and pedestrian plaza connect two buildings inspired by California’s seaside cliffs, creating a vibrant space for recreation, collaboration, and community wellness. Designed to host outdoor meetings, events, and more, this amenity-rich environment is a natural extension of the workplace.
